Andrew Parker from Earth Electrical installed my Rolec EVHS2140 charger and carried out the work exceptionally well. He worked out a better method of routing the cable to the proposed charger location than I had envisaged which was not easy to accomplish due to the layout of my property. He did all the paperwork for the grant, explained how the charger worked and was generally very friendly and helpful. All in all a very good job.
I received the Domestic Installation Certificate and Building Regulations Compliance Certificate the very next day. Excellent service. Would highly recommend.

Excellent customer service and communication

This company installed an EV charger at my home. One of the few companies that listened to what I wanted, agreed to route the cable under my floor and also accommodated my requirements re security and earthing. The installer did an excellent job and left the place clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

Very impressive. Simple, fair and speedy – what more can I say?. Been struggling for 3 weeks to get quotes from several other vendors for EV chargers and been thron into mix of issues, costs, un-necessary upgrade requirements to consumer unit / cutout fuse etc. and complicating the whole process. One phone call to Andrew @ EarctElectrical and it was made very transparent with detailed costing and making the process seemless to the fitting within 2 weeks. No deposit, no pre-inspection and more importantly the engineer attended installation was very efficient and completed the installation with absolute satisfaction and routed the cabling from the charger to meter room with utmost care and nearly invisble inside the room. would certianly recommend the company for any electrical works and will be using them in future too. all the best team earthelectrical.

An upfront quote was received after a detailed Q&A online session supplemented with photos and technical details. A very reasonable quote compared to several others and an appointment fixed two weeks out.
Arrived as scheduled and completed the work neatly and efficiently while also reviewing the overall installation for compliance.
The Rolec Smart Home unit was fitted and has worked well to date with no followup issues at all.

Really simple process to install new EV charger. Earth Electrical took care of the government scheme for me, all I needed to do was fill out a couple of forms! Great communication throughout. Would recommend.

Installation of Electric Car charger

Booked Earth Electrial to install a charging pod for my electric car. I was impressed with Andrew and Harry’s efficiency with the installation, answered all my questions, provided the best connection from the junction box to the charging pod outside and cleared up all the mess. Highly recommend him.

Efficient and thorough EV charger installation

We needed to get a 7 kW charger installed for our Nissan Leaf when we moved home to our new house near Guildford. Andy listened to what we needed, and did an excellent and thorough job. He installed a proper local earth connection, and it was all done very efficiently. I would have no hesitation in recommend Andy and Earth Electrical to anyone needing a charger installed.

Electric Vehicle Charger Install

Recently purchased a new Golf EV and needed a charger installed on my property. After a friend recommended Earth Electrical to do it I gave them a call and Andy was incredibly helpful. He let me know exactly what was involved and booked me in. Andy arrived on time and was very professional and courteous, before long the charger was installed and he gave me a full handover how it works and the recommended ways to use it. Very tidy and very professional, I’d recommend him to anyone.
